In essence, we developed a formulaic system that calculated value based on Wholesaler fundamental and technical abilities, Partner Firm direction and Advisor Propensity to provide advice in a model consistent with our approach. Our KPI's were developed to track these metrics and served as training and management tools for all of distribution.
